Title: "Hometown Scenes"
Artist: Mike and Kathy Termine
Window Dimensions: 53" x 50"

Mike and Kathy Termine have worked together to design and fabricate several glass projects for their family and friends. Mike is owner of Monroe Glass & Mirror Inc. His work can be seen in several of the homes highlighted in the "Great Homes of Rochester" book. The majority of Mike's work is commissioned through interior design firms and custom home builders. For the past twenty years of business, Mike has been asked to incorporate his materials in projects by well-known sculptor, Wendell Castle, metal artist, Paul Knoblauch and ceramic artist, Jan Jacque. Mike also works with many of the students from the R.I.T. School for American Crafts. Mike has designed and fabricated many unique glass and mirror requests for his customers. Mike and Kathy Termine are both former residents of Irondequoit.

Six "pictures" depicting different landscapes and
structure of the artists' hometown area, Irondequoit, will be presented on the window. The six "pictures" will be fabricated from a combination of colored mirrors and glass. These finished scenes will be three dimensional in design.
