served families and young people through its development
and support of education, music, and the arts.
We wish to show our support of local artists like
Stephen Papke, who co sponsors "God-spired",
a Saturday morning art and music class for elementary
youth at St. John's.

Steve has been painting since the 1970's and last
fall participated in his 30th Clothesline Show. For
the last 21 years, he has exhibited at the Roselawn
Gallery in Pittsford, and he has works in many private
and corporate collections. Just recently he developed
"God Spired" along with the music director
of St. John's Lutheran Church. It is an art and music
program to help kids in the church and in the community
develop and release the creative spirit that lives
within each of us, an endeavor that Steve has
found to be highly rewarding. As an artist for The Windows Project, he is honored to work with the West
Irondequoit on another special project.
