Conolly Printing Co., Inc. was incorporated in Rochester, NY in 1896.  Robert Conolly is President and heads this fourth generation printing establishment. Conolly is located at 72 Marway Circle in a 14,000 sq. ft. facility and offers complete and extensive graphic design services to complement a full range of color printing.  We also offer wide format output as visual aids to the marketing and advertising fields. We feel privileged to have contributed to the Windows Project and are equally as proud to sponsor our friend and employee, Janette Biehler, with her window "Captured Concept.

I was born in Schenectady, NY but moved to the Adirondacks when I was young.
I grew up in Newcomb, NY and attended college at SUNY Potsdam, where I
received my degree in Fine Arts. Upon graduating, I obtained a wide range of
artistic experience working in set design for a theater, hand-painting
billboards, teaching an evening course in painting, and illustrating
full-time.
As graphic design became increasingly popular, I began to use the computer
to create graphics. Aside from having my own freelance business (Beals
Graphic Design), I am now a full-time graphic artist at Conolly Printing with extensive
experience in all types of graphic design, my favorites being auto and bus
wraps as well as wide-format graphics for high-profile establishments.
I still like to paint in my spare time while enjoying the company of my
wonderful husband (and "helpful" kitties, who sometimes find it necessary
mix my paint with their tails-thanks!). Please visit my web site for samples
of my work at www.bealsgraphics.com.
The painting for The Windows Project will be entitled "Captured Concept",
and it will highlight the creative process. It will feature an artist in a
comfortable setting while ideas for a creative project begin to flow from
her mind. My hope is that it will inspire viewers to find surprising power
in using their conceptual skills for their own creative and charitable
projects, while also sharing this artists experience as they "observe"
through the window.
The cat in the foreground is attempting to catch an insect on the outside of
the window. This is a playful way to reiterate the fun of "capture", themed
in this painting.
I hope this painting will reflect the positive experience of having a
creative opportunity like the one provided by The Windows Project.
